IN CONJUNCTION with the 98th anniversary of Police Day, a launching and distribution of posters to commemorate the celebration was held at the Banquet Hall of Officers Mess, Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) Headquarters in Gadong, yesterday.
The guest of honour was the Commissioner of the RBPF Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Muhd Shah Al-Islam.
The ceremony saw the distribution of posters to directors, police district commanding officers, heads of formation, officer-in charge of RBPF stations, district officers, representatives from the government ministries, mukim penghulus and village heads as well as members of the media.
The theme for this year’s Police Day is ‘Bersama Menghadapi Cabaran’.
Deputy Commissioner of the RBPF Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali, directors, senior officials, officers and personnel as well as invited guests were also present.
