SABAH Flour and Feed Mills Sdn Bhd, one of the mills in Interflour Group of Companies with more than 30 years of wheat flour milling experience, launched the 1kg Bakers’ Choice consumer pack during the ongoing 22nd Consumer Fair at the International Convention Centre yesterday.
The launching of the new Bakers’ Choice product in Brunei Darussalam marked yet another milestone for Interflour in acknowledging the support from its Brunei consumers.
Interflour is one of the largest flour millers in Southeast Asia.
Bakers’ Choice is the ideal flour for making assorted cookies, biscuits tarts, pie and a variety of cakes.
It is also suitable for traditional fried snacks such as cucur udang, roti jala and pancakes, as well as char koi and pau.
With more people becoming health conscious, many households are making their own food at home.
Baker’s Choice will be the better choice for them, as the product is unbleached and enriched with vitamins.
The retail price is also within an affordable range for all levels of income groups.
Baker’s Choice is distributed by Maju LSK Logistics and Foodfare Sdn Bhd in Brunei, whose products can be found in local hypermarkets, supermarkets and minimarts.
