PRIME Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (PDR) Dr Thongloun Sisoulith and delegation left yesterday after concluding a two-day official visit to Brunei Darussalam.
Prior to boarding the special aircraft, the Prime Minister of the Lao PDR walked past a static guard mounted by members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF).
Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof as the Minister-in-Attendance; Minister of Foreign Affairs II Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof; Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic Haji Na’aim bin Haji Mohd Salleh; Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohd Jammy bin Haji Muhd Shah Al-Islam; and Commander of the RBAF Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud were present at the Brunei International Airport to bid farewell to Dr Thongloun Sisoulith.
Ambassador of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Brunei Darussalam Phonethavy Boutdara was also present.
