KOPERASI Berkat Kerjakaras Semua Sanang (BKSS) held its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Financial Year August 2016-July 2017 at the Lecture Hall of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital Block 5 yesterday.
The meeting began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat followed by welcoming remarks by BKSS Chairman Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Mohiddin.
He talked about leadership, communication and prudent financial management.
He also highlighted the relationship between staff, supplier, Board members and customers.
He reminded the cooperative to provide good and courteous service to cast a good light on BKSS. Following the speech, Haji Md Salleh launched the AGM.
Agendas of the meeting included reviewing and confirming of minutes of 20th AGM, discussion of issues, report from General Secretary, report on finance, dividends distribution and confirmation of profit distribution on July 31, 2017 and termination of BKSS board members 2016/2017 and appointment of temporary chairman and appointment of new board members for 2017/2018, budget proposal 2017/2018 and appointment of internal and external auditors.
