INSURANS Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd’s (IITH) organised a Customer Appreciation Day to mark its 26th anniversary. The celebrations were held at IITH and Insurans Islam TAIB General Takaful Sdn Bhd’s (IITGT) Head Offices, Insurans Islam Family Takaful Head Office in Kiulap, Insurans Islam TAIB Kuala Belait branch and Takaful counters nationwide.
Customers at the head offices and branch were welcomed with refreshments from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) Brunei, Gong Cha and ice-cream from ChaTraMue.
For the first 26 customers who transacted businesses at IITH and IITGT Head Offices were given meal vouchers which can be claimed immediately from food trucks parked outside IITH and IITGT Head Office in Kiulap.
Invited food trucks were CBTL Brunei, Casbah London Kebab and Top Folk.
Meanwhile, for Takaful counters nationwide, the first 26 customers received Gong Cha drink vouchers.
Customers wearing grey shirt or dress also received food discount vouchers from Top Folk and Casbah London Kebab throughout the day to mark the company’s corporate colour.
