THE Hadfa Garden Lighting Festival 2019 opens its door to the public at the Hadfa Garden in the Agriculture Development Site Phase 4, Rimba Horticulture after its launching ceremony last night.
Chairman of the Brunei Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPMB) and Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Haji Abdul Hamid @ Haji Sabli bin Haji Arsad, the guest of honour, launched the month-long festival.
Organised by the Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPMB) in collaboration with Hadfa Garden and supported by Higher Hotel, the event aimed to encourage tourists to visit the country, and to draw locals as part of the school holiday activity.
It also serves to provide exposure and showcase flowers available at the garden as well as to provide an opportunity for the DPPMB members to carry out business activities at the event by selling food and beverages as well as other fun games and activities for the visitors to enjoy.
Members of the public can visit the Hadfa Garden Lighting Festival 2019 until April 15.
Tickets can be purchased at the entrance of the Hadfa Garden.
