ROYAL Brunei Airlines (RB) hosted a total of 100 Wu Chun fans from Hong Kong and China yesterday at the Jerudong Park Colonnade, along with seven media personnel from China, Hong Kong and Brunei with their international brand ambassador, Wu Chun.
Present during the event was Karam Chand, Chief Executive Officer of RB.
The event began with a welcoming speech from Wu Chun who gave a short introduction of Jerudong Park and the role it plays since its establishment in Brunei as well as his own personal experience in the park.
The event aimed to showcase Brunei’s culture and tourist attractions to the Chinese market with activities comprising an ‘Amazing Race’ inspired treasure hunt which introduced various Bruneian cultures such as eating wajid, the sinjang, and ketupat weaving among others.
Stage performances were also presented by various Brunei local artistes including The Ellewan, Lively Dancers, Pei Pei and more.
Fans were also able to experience the rides available at the newly revamped Jerudong Park.
Vendors were also available throughout the day featuring various local businesses selling coffee, jewelleries, succulent fruits, snacks and many more.
