Politeknik Brunei (PB) held a charity drive named ‘TOYS4U!’ to collect toys for Children with Special Needs (KACA).
PB Head of Centre for Student Development and Innovation (CSDI) Pengiran Mohd Noor Shah bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad presented the donation to KACA senior teaching staff member Hajah Fauziah binti Besar.
Games such as musical chairs and a colouring contest were held followed by a performance by PB’s Music Club.
The drive was an opportunity for PB students to plan and organise an event as well as to raise awareness on people with different abilities and charity acts.
Project leader of TOYS4U! Muhammad Khairul Amirin bin Haji Yassin said it gave PB students invaluable experience and taught them the importance of teamwork.
