The Panaga Club hosted a Mini Padang Festival at its premise yesterday.

The event saw over 30 vendors showcasing their products as well as the 78 sections under the Panaga Club promoting their activities, such as the Indian and Arts and Crafts sections.

Panaga Club Secretary Emma binti Dato Haji Jemat said the annual event aims to provide a means for the community to spend time together while supporting local business entrepreneurs.

She said, “We also have other ongoing activities at the club, including tennis tournaments, sailing sessions conducted by the Kuala Belait Boat Club, ATV riding along the beach and laser tag at the main hall.

“We pride ourselves in encouraging and organising activities at the club, as we continue to bring the community together.”

She also noted that the club adhered to the Ministry of Health (MoH) guidelines such as practising social distancing, temperature scans as well as scanning of the BruHealth QR code.
