His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam paid a surprise visit to the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) yesterday.
The monarch toured the Community Development Department, Pension Section, Youth and Sports Department; Administration and Finance Division; Research, Development and International Affairs Division; Social Services Division; Information Technology (IT); and Pusat Bahagia in Kampong Pulaie.
His Majesty interacted with officers and staff and inquired about their job responsibilities as well as met members of the public raising issues about their welfare benefits.
