The Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) held a Doa Kesyukuran and award presentation to mark its 10th convocation yesterday.
Acting Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar was the guest of honour in the event at the university college hall.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Asma-ul Husna followed by an award presentation and handover of certificates to participants of the 4th Lughah al Mua’allim workshop.
Eleven students who received Dean’s List Award were Muhamad Adi Adham bin Ramlan, Muhammad Adlan Aziz bin Haji Yussop, Sinnadatul Bibiana binti Ali, Zahrah binti Haji Zaini, Muizuddin bin Mohammad, Nurul Jaharah binti Johari, Nur Khairunisa Najibah U’mar, Umi Rashidah binti Sabli, Nabilah binti Johari, Abdul Malek Al-Amin bin Janaji and Nurul Zaimah binti Haji Mohidin.
There was also a presentation of waqaf comprising seven prayer mats, two presentation pointers, one wireless microphone, two book racks and surau equipment. Ra’es of KUPU SB Dr Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar received the items.
