The Brunei Darussalam Scout Association (PPNBD) organised a cleaning campaign and painting of the walls surrounding the Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque lagoon on Sunday in conjunction with the National Day of Action (DOA) and a continuity of the Projek Kasih Pengakap at the mosque. Permanent Secretary (Community and Culture) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) Hajah Nor Ashikin binti Haji Johari and Brunei-Muara DOA committee members visited.
The campaign, led by Samsudin bin Haji Ahmad and Haji Muslin bin Haji Salim, was participated by Brunei-Muara District Scout Association members, the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Veteran Association (Perwira) members, mosque Takmir committee members and volunteers.
