His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday made an unscheduled visit to Royal Brunei Airlines (RB) by taking a closer look at the RB Campus in Jalan Kustin.
His Majesty toured Finance and Revenue, Commercial, Information Technology divisions and Collaboration Hub departments and inquired on the administration and facilities available.
The monarch also toured the nearby Hangar building and Aircraft Line and Base Maintenance Department.
His Majesty delivered a titah touching on the welfare of officers and staff as well as management and administration issues at RB.
The accolade that RB received recently, the 2020 World’s Leading Cabin Crew, was also highlighted by the ruler.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah in his capacity as Chairman of RB Board of Directors, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Fiscal) Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman as Deputy Chairman of RB Board of Directors and RB Chief Operations Officer Captain Saiful Bahrin bin Bahar were also present.
