Awangku Mohammad Faizal bin Pengiran Haji Sabtu was picked as the grand prize winner of Takaful Brunei Mobile’s cash prize grand draw at Ruang of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex yesterday.
Collecting the BND5,000 cash prize on behalf of her husband, Sairah binti Husin later said, “I did not expect us to win the grand prize today.
“I feel that it is rezeki from the blessings of my late mother-in-law who passed away recently. If my husband agrees, I hope to donate some of the winnings to the Tahlil ceremony for her.
“We were entered into the draw after purchasing two Motor Takaful insurance plans for our cars. It was the first time we used the Takaful Brunei apps to make purchase; typically we make payment at the counter. The Takaful Brunei Mobile app is convenient. We can easily check how much we need to pay, and make payment without having to queue,” she added.
Second and third prize winners Mohammed Adli Zaki bin Haji Abdul Majid and Hajah Alizah binti Haji Mohamad each won BND2,500, while seven others received the BND500 consolation prizes.
Takaful Brunei Managing Director Haji Shahrildin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Lela Utama Dato Paduka Haji Jaya awarded the prizes.
