NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd, the main distributor of Toyota vehicles in the country, will host its biggest test drive campaign dubbed Toyota Mega 21 Test Drive, at BIBD Connects in the heart of the capital from January 22-24.
Members of the public will be able to get behind the wheel of 21 Toyota models (hatchback, sedan, MPV and SUV) from 2pm to 6pm.
They will also receive a BND5 voucher to be spent at the event and be entered into the Toyota Mega 21 Test Drive Spree lucky draw.
NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd Assistant General Manager (Marketing) Audrey Yong Ern Hui announced this during a press conference at the NBT showroom in Gadong yesterday.
“The Toyota Mega 21 Test Drive is a one-of-its-kind event, with 21 vehicles for the public to test drive. However, if the weather is not ideal (heavy rain or thunderstorm), we will need to temporarily halt the test drive,” she said.
“There will also be a selection of good local food available with 21 food vendors – local home-based businesses and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) – participating at the event. We hope the event will help promote their unique food.
In the evening, NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd will host an open air movie night. The lucky draw campaign will run until June 2021, and public members with valid driving licences and IC can participate in it. They can also visit the showroom for a test drive to receive an entry to win a prize each week, with 21 prizes to be won,” she added.
The prizes include a PS5, Apple Phone, Android TV and Nintendo Switch.
NBT reminds motorists to exercise cautions on the road, especially in view of the rainy season.
