Over 40 members from the Harley-Davidson Owners Group Brunei (HOGB) Chapter organised the annual motorcycle convoy, We Love Brunei Darussalam Ride, in a show of patriotism in conjunction with the 37th National Day celebration.
The members arranged their high powered two-wheelers to form a giant motorcycle-chain depicting the number 37 to mark this year’s celebrations near the iconic Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Bridge.
Chairman of the club Abdul Malek bin Hamdani led the convoy.
The HOGB Chapter converged at the Harley-Davidson Dealership in Lambak Kanan as the starting point, then made their way to Jalan Sungai Akar to Jalan Utama, Mentiri before proceeding to the open area near Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Bridge for a photo session.
Abdul Malek on this year’s National Day theme ‘Accomplishing the National Vision’, said, “As future leaders, the role and contribution of youth are very important to maintain harmony and unity of the people.”
