GLOBAL icon, Dr Yuree Vajramunee, is one of the selected five superhumans on the planet in terms of strength as categorised by the Discovery Channel in 2013. He is cited as “one of the world’s most unique martial artists, a foremost authority in the field of mind training, meditation, motivational speaking and the art of self-defence”.
Dr Yuree, founder of the Vajrapan and Butthan Movement, a South Asian combat sports and system of personal development with the aim to obtain body-mind balance, will be conducting a two-day Mind Training Course.
A non-religious Science-based course to gain the advantage of endless strength of our own mind, ‘Train Your Mind and Transform Your Life’ will help participants to understand their own mind and body and with systematic training, learn to take the driving seat of their life instead of just being helpless viewer.
In a brief interview with the Sunday Bulletin, Dr Yuree noted that the mind remains as a key to proceed in whatever we do in our everyday lives and instead of guiding us as a trusted friend, sometimes an untamed mind can cause difficulties like a malfunctioning compass, which ends up with us being lost because we never take care of our most amazing free gift.
“(Sometimes) We do certain things we should not, even while being fully aware and helpless in most cases, fail to access the correct decision, required creativity, connectivity, intelligence and so on but instead we are totally taken away by our blunt thoughts and restless mind, losing control of our physical, mental and emotional balance,” added Dr Yuree.
He further pointed out that scientific research says that all humans have different types of brain frequencies with the Alpha frequency being the superior and one which is hardly accessed unless one is a genius.
Fortunately, we all have the ability dormant within us and through practising the correct methods, it can stabilise and reconstruct the brain system and bring out advantages in our favour.
At the same time, making us learn to easily take control of wrong propositions and enjoy a very happy, stress-free and creative life full of abundance and success.
“In a single line, this life, changing course may help us to transform like a miracle. The course itself is opened to any mentally healthy person,” said Dr Yuree.
Universities involved in such research agree that due to the natural special ability of the brain termed as ‘Neuroplasticity’ at any age, the training helps to change the abilities and even the size of the brain itself.
Participants will learn techniques on visualisation, correct breathing, non-toxic food habits, sound sleep, decision making, heal emotional and physical pain, deal with frustrations, build better family relationships, have better academic results and take advantage of their personal development and unleash the hidden potentials and experience a totally dynamic new life.
This two-day course facilitated by the multi world record holder with his fourth world record is for the highest neuro-engagement ability (96 per cent) in the world, will be conducted this coming October.
