TWO individuals in a Brunei-registered vehicle were killed in an accident around midnight yesterday, when the car they were travelling in slammed into a tree near the Boulevard area in Miri, Sarawak.
According to a report from Miri, the car was carrying three females and two males. The deceased are believed to be a 22-year-old and a 26-year-old female. Details of the victims were not revealed.
Two others were injured and rushed to the hospital, while another escaped unhurt.
