“The first BMW that I purchased about 15 years ago was the BMW 3-series 318. I let it go, and bought a BMW 320 and recently I acquired another BMW 4-series sporty type. My most favourite is actually the 8th series, still I am sticking to my vintage 850 which is actually a high maintenance car,” she said.

Commenting on BMW’s customer services, she said she is satisfied with the excellent service as she can personally call the BMW personnel for any help, adding that the BMW support system is very strong.

“I cannot just take my vintage BMW 850 to any other workshops as the BMW staff are more familiar with the mechanism and the spare parts, though you have to pay a little more. It is still worth because these people will always work with you and give you good advice,” she said.

“As far as I am concerned, BMW gives me strong support when it comes to making a decision on what to do with spare parts ordering and they advise me and as I go along which makes me confident. I still drive my car in a way that I am happy with it; the engine is still very strong and I think it is mainly because I have the right people to maintain it,” she added.

Meanwhile, another customer said that he purchased his first BMW more than 20 years ago as he is also very much impressed by BMW’s customer service.

On QAF Auto’s BSRI offer (BMW Service Repair Inclusive) for all car purchases – an exclusive service which will include car servicing, maintenance and additional repair (technical and mechanical) – he said that it is a good development and will set an example for other car brands to offer even better services to customers.

In conjunction with the anniversary, the BMW is also organising a Customer Appreciation Day today (November 27) from 10am to 4pm, which is open to all of their customers.
