The programme is a collaboration between the Community Development Department (JAPEM) of MCYS and Politeknik Brunei under the Ministry of Education (MoE) that aims to strengthen the identity and mind as well as improve the skills of the youth in facing challenges of life.

There are three phases in the programme.

The first phase ‘Migration Self and Mind’ sees the participants undergo training under the National Service Programme (PKBN) for three months to build their self-esteem and mind.
