A CERTIFICATE presentation for 19 new security personnel of the Koperasi Rimbun Berhad (KOPRI) was held yesterday to mark the completion of their four-day training course.
The ceremony was held at the KOPRI Security Personnel Training School. Handing out the certificates was Dato Paduka Seri Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Awang Besar, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KOPRI, in his capacity as the event’s guest of honour.
All 19 new personnel – 15 male and four female – have undergone four days of training headed by retired personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF).
Among the topics highlighted during their training were the uses of walkie-talkies, patrols, log records and flag-hoisting.
The course’s objectives included to enhance the knowledge of security personnel in regards to their duties and responsibilities, as well as to be more aware of the ways to handle emergency situations.
To mark the end of the ceremony, a Doa Selamat was recited.
