A PRESENTATION of a BMW Privilege Card was held at the QAF Auto Sdn Bhd on Sunday.

The mock privilege card was handed over by Andy Tian, Head of Sales and Marketing of QAF Auto Sdn Bhd to the President of Brunei Bimmer Owners (BBO), Khasfullah bin Haji Muhammad.

The event was attended by BBO members, which also included Mohd Azlan bin Haji Jafarudin, Secretary and Haji Sarkawi bin Haji Timbang, Treasurer.

The privilege card, said Andy Tian, entitles the members to various discounts that include a 30 per cent off BMW’s lifestyle merchandises, 20 per cent off spare parts costs and 30 per cent off labour charges.

The privilege card is renewable annually, and the current issue runs from January to December 2017, explained Andy Tian.

“We also have plans to issue Privilege Card membership for all BMW owners who purchase cars from QAF Auto in the future, but at the moment we are only issuing membership to BBO members,” he said.

The main objective for the privilege card is to promote brand loyalty, and to show that QAF Auto Sdn Bhd cares about and appreciates its customers, he added.

Calvin Lo, BBO Communications Representative explained there are about 120 members of BBO, of whom about 50 are active members that regularly participated in BBO events and social gatherings such as the recent Coffee and Cars BN event.

There are also convoy car rides by BBO members around the country at least once a month, and just recently, BBO participated at the Miri Car Show where two of the BBO members displayed their BMW 3 Series and BMW 5 Series cars, explained Calvin Lo.

He said BBO always welcomes BMW owners to join BBO as members and participate in various exciting BMW events.

These events aim to bring together the passion for the BMW brand among the BMW owners, where they can enjoy the BMW lifestyle, activities and other events that will enhance their loyalty level to the brand itself.

The BMW events also bring together various generations of BMW models, from the classics to the latest models of BMW, he added.

There is always a buzz of excitement among BMW owners when they know a BMW event is scheduled to be held.

BBO is always keen to participate in social gatherings, information exchange, sharing of ideas and exciting convoy rides, Andy Tian said.
