HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, yesterday received in audience the newly appointed High Commissioner of Malaysia, and the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, to Brunei Darussalam.
His Royal Highness first received High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam Datuk Ghulam Jelani bin Khanizaman, who previously served as permanent secretary at the Ministry of Rural Development, Sabah.
Datuk Ghulam Jelani presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on March 23, 2016.
His Royal Highness then received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam Biravij Suwanpradhes, who formerly held the post of ambassador attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Biravij Suwanpradhes presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on March 23, 2016.
The ceremony took place at Qashr Al-Meezaan.
