BEKO, the number one freestanding home appliance brand in Europe and a Global Premium Partner of FC Barcelona, yesterday introduced itself to the Brunei market at the 19th Consumer Fair.
The Regional Director of Asia-Pacific, Beko Thai Co, Ltd, Zafer Ustuner, said, “Beko has been successful in the global market, and is the fastest growing home appliance brand in Europe for the last seven years. Beko is also the choice for over 440 million customers in more than 130 countries.”
The brand has ‘Smart Solution’, which provides an effective alternative to increasing life’s convenience and comfort with the use of new technology. Beko is also committed to continuously developing technologies to respond to the needs of the new generation, without sacrificing the environment in both product usage and manufacturing processes.
Also at yesterday’s introduction, the brand unveiled the ‘NeoFrostTM’ technology of Beko refrigerators in Brunei, a twin digital cooling system that creates an ideal condition to preserve food in the refrigerator by blowing air at high humidity and at the perfect rate as well as temperature level to prevent vegetables and fruits from being dried out.
By providing balanced air circulation between the shelves, the system also eliminates odour mixing through the use of separate cooling circuits in the fridge and freezer compartments.
“Beko refrigerators are acclaimed for their fresh and intuitive cooling solutions. The NeoFrostTM technology from Beko is a game-changer that is able to retain up to 95 per cent of moisture,” shared the regional director.

Apart from the NeoFrostTM technology, Beko refrigerators also offer a number of features that stand in a class of its own, such as the ‘ProSmart’ Inverter Compressor, Everfresh+ and Active Fresh Blue Light.
Furthermore, Beko is introducing a range of outstanding home and kitchen appliances for smart living in the country, such as washing machines and tumble dryers, among others.
