CHIN Kim Min, Chairman of Chung Ching Middle School hosted a Chinese New Year open house at his home yesterday.
During the event, a troupe from Chung Ching Middle School performed a lion dance. The Belait District-based troupe performs lion dances annually for the public.
The lion dance started at around 8am and the performers entered the house to ward off evil spirits and to usher in the year of good luck. The event wrapped up with a group photo session of the dance troupe and with the chairman of Chung Ching Middle School.
