YAYASAN Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (Yayasan) yesterday presented donations totalling $28,700 to families affected by recent blazes as well as natural disasters.
The ceremony was held at Yayasan in Jalan Kumbang Pasang where the donation was presented by Haji Mustapha bin Haji Matahir, Assistant Managing Director of Yayasan.
The recipients of the donations were Haji Awang Mahri bin Jambul from RPN Lambak Kanan, Ruby Ang of Hook Huat Apartment, Abas bin Haji Ali Malim of Kampong Menengah, Mohd Tarip bin Abdul Ghani with Mohd Ariffin bin Mohd Tarip and Jeffrey bin Daud from Kampong Lumapas.
The other recipients were Zabaidah binti Haji Lampuh and Norazlin Haji Yahya of Kampong Salambigar and Haji Hamdani bin Haji Tamin of Kampong Sungai Besar.
