THE Public Works Department (JKR) of the Ministry of Development announced the full opening of the Seria Bypass Highway leading towards Bandar Seri Begawan.
According to a JKR press release, the highway – starting from the Mumong intersection to KM 12 (Kilometre-12) in Kuala Belait, near the DST Tower – has been upgraded and will be fully operational to road users effective 9am today.
Road users are advised to exercise caution and comply with traffic signs.
