The Dressage Competition – the first part of a two-week event – saw young BEQ riders as young as three years old participate.
During the Dressage Quadrille performance, young riders were seen showing their love for riding as they work to develop their skills in dressage and show jumping, which included BEQ members Mikaela Jade Keasberry, Abigayle Chin Jia Yuan and Ryan Chin Jhun Hyne.
Forty-three riders from BEQ and BSC participated in the competition, which helped provide the avenue for local riders to polish and showcase their riding skills.
BEQ thanked sponsors for the event, which are SKK Freight Services Sdn Bhd, Hung Yang Logistics Company, TCY Motors Sdn Bhd, Kenwood Furniture Trading Co, San Woan Dressmaking & Ready Made, Montree911 Taxi Thailand and Phoenix Inter Freight Co Ltd (Thailand).
BEQ is also inviting the public to attend the Show Jumping competition on November 12, which will see riders from different clubs such as Brunei Shell Riding Club (BSRC), BSC and more.
“The Show Jumping competition will be judged by Brunei Darussalam’s National Rider, Pengiran Mohd Nasir bin Pengiran Anak Haji Jaafar Alam and will be held at the Block E Royal Stables, Jerudong Park,” a representative of BEQ said.
