YAYASAN Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (Yayasan) conducted a cleaning campaign and community outreach programme at the residence of Mohamad Raihan bin Timbang in Kampong Sengkurong. yesterday.
Volunteers from Yayasan, through their Social Care Project for the Elderly and Needy Families (PAWEK), as well as Universiti Brunei Darussalam’s students under the Community Outreach Programme participated in the activity.
Mohamad Raihan, 34, is unemployed and lives with his spouse and six children. The family depends on their monthly welfare assistance from the Community Development Department (JAPEM) and Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB).
Dato Paduka Eddie bin Dato Paduka Haji Sunny, Managing Director of Yayasan presented a donation of food and other daily essentials to Mohamad Raihan.
