BAIDURI Bank reached another milestone yesterday with a double event celebrating the relaunch of their Kiulap and Serusop branches yesterday.
The event which started in Kiulap Branch and then at the Serusop Branch, was attended by the guest of honour, Yusof bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Managing Director of Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD).
Pierre Imhof, CEO of Baiduri Bank, in his welcoming speech said, “Baiduri Bank has been investing in our Branch Network where branches are redesigned to suit the market segment and its surrounding areas.
“The investments are to create a welcoming environment for our customers, which we believe, is key to enhancing the overall customer experience.”
The guest of honour toured each branch after the official launch, led by Pierre Imhof, Pengiran Azaleen bin Pengiran Dato Haji Mustapha, Head of Retail Banking and Branch Network, Baiduri Bank, as well as the branch managers of Kiulap and Serusop branches.
Also present at the ceremony were members of the Baiduri Bank Management Committee and senior executives from Baiduri Bank Group.
Kiulap Branch started operating in the new premises on October 2016, but has been present in the area since 2001. The new Kiulap branch offers a much bigger banking hall, more ATMs and a bigger Prestige Centre.
Serusop Branch is at the newly constructed Pelangi Complex. Opened in July 2017, the new branch is also home to Baiduri Bank’s first Business Hub.
Both branches offer full banking services to individuals and businesses as well as complimentary personal financial planning consultation.
Additionally, there is also a Prestige Centre to cater for Baiduri Bank’s high net worth segment. The upgrade of Baiduri branches is an ongoing project to meet the evolving customer needs.
