THE Information Department through the Community Relations Unit, Nationalism and Community Division conducted an Informative Programme for some 12 Village Consultative Council members of the STKRJ Kampong Lambak Kiri and areas around it.
The programme was designed to inspire the community to enhance their lifestyle besides upgrading their knowledge on the significance of appreciating the national flag, national anthem and the nation’s administration.
A briefing on the nation’s adminis-trative structure and system was presented by Haji Dayang bin Kassim, an Information Officer, while a talk on ‘Embracing the National Flag and Song’ was delivered by Pengiran Arsul bin Pengiran Abdul Momin, Acting Assistant Information Officer.

Present as guest of honour was Haji Hamdani bin Omar, Acting Head of Mukim Berakas ‘A’ and Village Head of STKRJ Kampong Lambak Kiri, who thanked the Information Department for the initiative to foster closer ties and educate the community on the role and function of the Information Department.
Also present was Siti Bismi Nurul Iman binti Haji Emzah, Acting Deputy Director of the Information Department.
