Twenty-four people from 12 primary and secondary schools, colleges and private educational institutions participated in the programme.

The programme was aimed to enhance the awareness and knowledge among the young students on their body weight, with a focus on a healthy lifestyle, and this will hopefully have an impact on the control of obesity among students.

It is also hoped that from this programme, steps can be accomplished to elevate the number of students that practise a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle, and this in turn will have positive consequences for a healthy attitude and mentality.

B-Fit4Life programme is co-organised by the MoE, Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Health.
