THE Ministry of Communications (MinCom) carried out the Ihya Ramadhan programme, a motivational talk and a presentation of certificates to staff who participated in the Brunei Darussalam National Day celebration 2018 at the Amar Pahlawan Hall of the ministry yesterday.
The guest of honour was Permanent Secretary at the MinCom Haji Azhar bin Haji Ahmad.
The Acting Director of Administration and Services Abdul Ghani bin Haji Othman explained that the MinCom through the Human Resources Management Unit of the Corporate Affairs coordinated various programmes in quality management to enhance the effectiveness of their services.
The motivational talk by Acting Head of Special Education Unit at the Ministry of Education Haji Ali Yusri bin Haji Abdul Ghafor, he added, served as a refresher course to provide understanding in line with the concept of Malay Islamic Monarchy (MIB).
In addition, he hoped that the talk will raise awareness on the duties and responsibilities of the officers and staff of the MinCom in accordance with the teachings of Islam.
