THE family of Haji Syed Anayatullah Shah recently organised a Tahlil ceremony and presented donations to orphans at the Kampong Salambigar Mosque.
Present were mosque congregants and Kampong Salambigar residents.
The donations were aimed to help approximately 66 orphans residing in Kampong Salambigar, Kampong Tanah Jambu and Kampong Sungai Hanching.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the mass reading of Tahlil and Doa Selamat.
The guest of honour, Penghulu of Mukim Berakas ‘B’ and Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Pengiran Haji Ali bin Pengiran Maon handed over the donations.
The event concluded with the breaking of fast.
