TO enliven the Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Tutong Police District personnel visited penghulus and village heads in the district recently.
Tutong Police District Commanding Officer Superintendent of Police Suhairi bin Haji Sukri led the group comprising 15 police officers.
Acting Head of Public Relations Unit and Neighbourhood Surveillance Secretariat Chief Inspector Kifli bin Haji Mohd Daud was also present.
The group visited the Penghulu of Mukim Pekan Tutong Haji Mumin bin Abdul Razak, Acting Village Head of Kampong Danau Haji Abdullah bin Tahir, Village Head of Kampong Telisai Haji Maidin bin Haji Abdul Wahit @ Wahid and Legislative Council member and Penghulu of Mukim Telisai Yang Berhormat Haji Ramli bin Haji Lahid @Lahit. The group also visited the Village Head of Kampong Lamunin Major (Rtd) Said bin Haji Tinggal, Penghulu of Mukim Kiudang Haji Abdul Rahim bin Abdullah Yakin and Head of Kampong Birau Haji Burhanuddin bin Haji Hashim.
The visits aimed to strengthen ties among penghulus, village heads, and the police officers.
