SOME 60 vendors selling Ramadhan and Hari Raya necessities will take part in the upcoming ‘Ekshibisi Mengunjar Ramadhan 2016’ to be held from June 13-19, at the Indoor Stadium of Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.
All vendors, including committee members, attended a briefing yesterday chaired by Haryanti binti Ismail, Manager of Berambang Event Management, who outlined the details of the upcoming event and side-line activities planned throughout the week.
The exhibition will see a variety of unique and interesting vendors participating, including local Muslimah boutiques and stockist from popular Malaysian brands, Islamic Hijab and clothing, Hari Raya decorations as well as wide variety of food and beverages.
During the week-long exhibition, organisers will hold various religious competitions open for the public, especially youth, which includes the Murattal (reading the Al-Quran) competition, Hafazan (memorising and Tajweed of the Al-Quran), Azan competition and Islamic calligraphy.

Registrations forms for the competitions are now available at the secretariat room located on the ground floor of the Indoor Stadium, or by visiting the ‘Ekshibisi Mengunjar Ramadhan’ social media networks. Attractive cash and consolations prizes await all winners.
Among other activities included are motivational talks by invited speakers, tausyeah performances by the Muslimah associations form prominent mosques.
Haryanti also noted that the event provides a good platform for online vendors and small medium enterprises to introduce their business to greater numbers of the general public, in hopes of expanding their success.
The ‘Ekshibisi Mengunjar Ramadhan 2016’ will open from 10am to 10pm, with competitions and other side-line activities held from 2pm to 5pm daily.
