YANG Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Raheemah Sanaul Bolkiah binti Pengiran Maharaja Setia Laila Diraja Sahibul Irshad Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Rahim helped Brunei-Muara District win bronze in the netball event of the 4th Brunei Darussalam National Games (SKBD) at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex yesterday.
Brunei-Muara defeated the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council (MS ABDB) 38-30 in the bronze medal match.
Meanwhile, Higher Education Institutions (IPT) emerged champion of the tournament after they edged Temburong District 38-33 in the final.
IPT started strong leading 9-7 in the first quarter and scoring 14-8 in the second quarter.
Temburong District caught up scoring 8-7 in the third quarter and 10-8 in the fourth quarter but it was not enough and they had to settle for silver.
Brunei-Muara District took bronze after winning against Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports Council 38-30 earlier.
