TUTONG District bagged the gold medal in the basketball event of the 4th Brunei Darussalam National Games (SKBD) after a 84-67 victory over Belait District at the Brunei Basketball Association Court in Batu Bersurat last night.
Brunei-Muara District snatched bronze after beating Brunei Association of Banks (BAB) 75-65 in the earlier match.
Legislative Council member Yang Berhormat Haji Tahamit bin Haji Nudin presented the prizes.
A coaching member of the victorious Tutong team said, “Belait gave us a good game and we are happy with the win.”
