A DELEGATION from Bangkok Hospital recently paid a visit to the Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC), with the main aim of sharing knowledge and expertise between both hospitals.
The visit was facilitated by Grace Travel Agency (GTA), which has been Bangkok Hospital’s local representative since July 2017, in terms of patient referral, providing information and assisting in logistical matters.
Bangkok Hospital, the heart of the Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), has been awarded eight Gold Seals of JCI Accreditations more than any other hospital in the Asia-Pacific, which is considered the highest standard in global healthcare.
Established in 1972, as one of the first private hospitals in Thailand, Bangkok Hospital has since expanded its operations to become a tertiary care facility with hospitals providing specialised care for cancer and cardiology.
During the recent Brunei Travel Fair 2018 organised by Sabre Travel Network (Brunei) Sdn Bhd at the International Convention Centre (ICC), GTA also offered health check-up packages for Bangkok Hospital, along with a complimentary Bangkok Hospital discount card to patients who signed up for medical appointments. GTA also promoted its two other principals, Korean Air and Club Med, at the same event.
Since January this year, GTA has been appointed as the local representative of Korean Air, in managing its sales, marketing, and reservation activities in Brunei.
