THE Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) held an official ceremony to welcome four new permanent staff who completed their i-Ready programme.
Guest of honour, Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, in his capacity as Chairman and Executive Director of JPMC officiated the ceremony.
The management and staff of JPMC, Manpower Policy and Planning Unit (MPPU) and family members of the new permanent staff were also present, according to a press release.
The ceremony began with the guest of honour presenting an agreement of employment to all four former i-Ready staff – Department of Diagnostic Imaging’s Radiographer Dayangku Noorul Su’aidah binti Pengiran Sapudin, Central Sterile Supplies Department’s CSSD Technician Khairunnisa Amalina binti Haji Sirat, Marketing Executive Md Zulfadli bin Haji Md Husini and Finance Department’s Accounts Executive Hajah Nuurul Azimah binti Haji Awang Nasir.
They ended their i-Ready journey and their full-time employment after a year of commitment with JPMC.
“I-Ready has given us the opportunity to demonstrate our skills and knowledge, and the JPMC’s programme has helped us to adapt to the working environment within a year. There is no doubt that we are the lucky four to be absorbed by JPMC as permanent staff considering the current situation with employment,” said Md Zulfadli.
The official ceremony continued with brief presentation from each staff on their journey as i-Ready which emphasise on the highlights, lessons learnt and future endeavours. Supervisors of each staff also spoke sharing their wonderful experience as part of the growth.
