PEHIN Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, yesterday hosted a Hari Raya open house for the Centre for Children with Special Needs (KACA) at his residence in Kampong Jangsak, Gadong.
The event saw the attendance of about 130 members of KACA including the parents and guardians of the special needs children as well as staff committee members of the association led by its president, Dato Paduka Haji Zainal bin Haji Momin.
The event started with the recitation of Doa Selamat read by a representative of KACA, Pengiran Khairul Nazri bin Pengiran Haji Shahbuddin.
Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi also received a token of presentation from KACA.
