TOOL Box secured a 65-43 win against Shooting Stars Dev in the Men’s Tool Box Open of the Low San Brunei Open 2018 at the Brunei Basketball Association Court in Batu Bersurat last night.
It is a first win for Tool Box in Group ‘A’ but in contrast it marked Shooting Stars’ second defeat in the competition.
Tool Box’s Ng Lit How scored a game-high of 16 points while captain Kenny Lim also contributed with 12 points. Shooting Stars captain Jason Lim also recorded 13 points in a losing effort.
The competition continues tonight with Fitness Zone playing Menglait in the Veteran Low San Shield and Wolves opening their campaign against TSL in Group ‘A’ of the Men’s Tool Box Open.
Fitness Zone will hope to join Bukit Ladang at the summit in Group ‘B’ after the latter’s win against Veteran United on Friday.
