The ultimate goal of the National Weather Briefing is to improve the understanding and awareness of various user groups towards the current weather conditions affecting the nation, and also to facilitate end-users to be more weather-ready and have a better understanding of Brunei Darussalam’s climate.

The fourth National Weather Briefing’s main focus was on Brunei Darussalam Weather, Climate and Seasonal Outlook throughout the Northeast Monsoon period from December 2018 to February 2019, which was presented by BDMD’s Meteorological Officer Hassanul Kamal bin Haji Adam.
