THE modern industrial warehouses at Sangai-Sangai Industrial Park have been selling like hotcakes since they were introduced to prospective buyers in a three-day launch by Valor Property Agency, the exclusive estate agent for the warehouses.
Some 80 per cent of the storage facilities have already been snapped up following the exclusive event.
Located in Jalan Bengkurong Masin, the mega warehouse project consists of 109 modern units of detached, semi-detached and terrace warehouses.
The detached and semi-detached units have already been sold out, with only limited numbers of terrace warehouses remaining.

“This is a one-of-a-kind huge concentrated warehouse project in Brunei Darussalam, and each warehouse has its own compound for trailers to access,” Valor Property Agency said of the facilities in a statement. The warehouses, located on a 15-acre site adjacent to the Brunei River, are designed to allow plenty of natural lighting to pass through with good ventilation.
The area additionally has parking space for up to 110 vehicles, as well as a 7.5-metre-wide internal driveway for easy trailer access and ample loading/unloading areas.
The terraced-type unit (Block G and H/ Block D) comes with an upper-floor office and secured private outdoor rear compound. The land size is 0.063-0.13 acres, with a built-up area of 3,369-6,765 sq ft/ built-in area of 2,379-4,840 sq ft. Completed in 2018, the Sangai-Sangai Industrial Park has a 60-year strata title, and is open for purchase to both local and foreign buyers.
