THE Radio Television Brunei (RTB) Carnival 2019 which will take place tomorrow and Sunday received a massive boost with 26 sponsorships from local businesses following the signing ceremony and presentation of appreciation certificates yesterday.
Signing on behalf of RTB was Director Haji Md Suffian bin Haji Bungsu as the guest of honour while the Organising Chairman of RTB Carnival 2019 Muhammad Zulkarnain bin Haji Brahim witnessed the event.
In his welcoming remark, Muhammad Zulkarnain said “The RTB carnival is a platform to interact and get close with the community to realise Radio Television Brunei’s goal of strengthening the link between the government and the people. In addition, the carnival can promote the services as well as TV and radio programmes.”
He said the launching of RTB Carnival will be held tomorrow at 8.30am.
The carnival features exhibitions on products and services, and a number of stage performances which will be aired live.
Other attractions include activities and food vendors. Muhammad Zulkarnain conveyed his gratitude to the sponsors and those involved in making the event a success.
