HER Royal Highness Princess Fadzilah Lubabul Bolkiah led the national training pool for netball athletes organised by the Brunei Darussalam Netball Association (BNA) on January 16, 23 and 30 at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.
Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Raheemah Sanaul Bolkiah binti Pengiran Maharaja Setia Laila Diraja Sahibul Irshad Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Rahim also attended the training.
The training focussed on strength and conditioning, cardio for physical fitness, speed and endurance. Skills and techniques were also part of the training before the arrival of the new national coach.
