FORTY students of Cahaya Bina Insan School recently participated in the second Sunnah Camp 2019 at the Katimahar Agri Park, as part of the school break activities.
Themed ‘Survival Skill,’ the camp ran from March 18-19, and also involved students from other schools.
The event aimed to increase participants’ endurance through mental activities to boost confidence, shape their discipline and teach them teamwork. At the same time, it taught them to care for the environment and tapped their leadership skills.
Activities included cooking, night walks, starting fires with the use of bamboo, a zoo visit as well as Tahajjud and Qiyam activities, among others.
