A SPECIAL religious lecture titled ‘Sembahyang Meningkatkan Prestasi Kerja dan Akademik’ was held at the Senate Room of the Chancellor Hall of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) yesterday in commemoration of Israk Mikraj.
The lecture, presented by Dr Andas Haji Ismuhadi bin Haji Abdullah from the Islamic Da’wah Centre, was attended by UBD Vice-Chancellor Datin Dr Hajah Anita Binurul Zahrina binti Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Wijaya Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Aziz as the guest of honour.
The importance of prayers was highlighted during the lecture.
The event was organised by UBD’s Religious Committee, Students Affairs Section and Undergraduates Association.
