QAF Brunei Group, represented by its senior management staff handed over 400 packed lunches and drinks for healthcare professionals at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital yesterday.
Chief Executive Officer of RIPAS Hospital Haji Abdul Khalid As’ari bin Haji Azahari was present.
The contribution was meant to thank frontliners for their contribution to the nation during the COVID-19 outbreak.
CEO of QAF Brunei Group Albert Lau said, “In these challenging times for Brunei and throughout the world, it is important that we acknowledge the sacrifices by frontliners and thank them for their efforts and contributions. This is a small gesture of our appreciation.”
The lunch packs prepared by Millennium Restaurant will be delivered to RIPAS Hospital until April 15, and to the Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital in Tutong from April 16-18.
Normasayu binti Zulbakir, a frontliner at RIPAS Hospital expressed her appreciation and thanked QAF Brunei Group.
“We receive food contributions from the public, companies and individuals every day and they will be distributed to others involved,” she said.
