A Memorandum of Understanding was signed to supply and support a cloud based education activity tracking solution to Vietnam, India, Singapore market at The Centrepoint Hotel recently.
Signing on behalf of Kedios Berhad of Malaysia is the group CEO, Kenny Chua with Darpan Kumar, the Managing Director of CFMID Pvt Ltd of India as well as Macus Leng – the Director of Asian Dermatoglyphics Research Centre of Vietnam, Erik Lim – the Director PCM Global Pte Ltd of Singapore and Allen Ang – the founder of Edu Camp Academy of Brunei, represented by Michelle Wong.
At the same event, another MoU was also inked between Natureyan Pte Ltd of Singapore, a premium quality bird’s nest supply based company and Plus Enterprise Brunei which saw founder Gloria Soo signing for Natureyan Pte Ltd and Louis Loo signing for Plus Enterprise.
Both MoUs signed in Brunei Darussalam were initiated by local entrepreneur Nicky Wong of Alphamax Technology with the Miracles of Capital (MOC), a life-changing entrepreneur business programme and workshop with distinguished speaker Dr Wong Jeh Shyan as the witness to the signing.
Dr Wong serves as the founding partner in Shyan Associates, Consulting Partner in CNSG Consulting Group, and has indirect interest in more than 10 private equity and venture capital firms in China and Far East. He is currently the CEO of one of Malaysia most aggressive VC firm, MOC Capital Berhad.
Dr Wong Jeh Shyan was in Brunei to conduct a business entrepreneur programme, the Miracles of Capital, that aims to embark knowledge of good corporate governance to entrepreneurs from around the world that have plans to be listed as well as raise funds from the capital markets. A total of 40 over participants from Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Canada and Brunei attended this workshop. At Miracles of Capital, participants had a chance to look into the insight of the business models of various successful international companies such as Alibaba, Uber and AirAsia. Besides offering business entrepreneur programme, MOC also creates a bridge between investors and entrepreneurs, helping both to discover new opportunities, working relationship and harnessing new capital to make a robust and bankable projects.
“More than just a business workshop, Brunei entrepreneurs that wishes to venture abroad can also benefit from this platform which comprises of entrepreneurs from around the world.” The next workshop will be held in March 2017.
